Sir Gallant
Sir Gallant was a Gummi knight who passed away a long time ago. He was not able to rest in peace until his quest was completed. With the help of Cubbi, he completed his task and left his Gummi compass necklace with Cubbi Gummi to retell his tale.

Sir Gallant was an older Gummi knight who was sent on a quest by the Great Gummis to find and dismantle the dreaded Doomsday Clock, a powerful device created by an ancient sorcerer, named Zorlock that could cause total destruction at the stroke of midnight if it ever fell into the wrong hands. Unfortunately, he passed away before his quest was completed, and would not be allowed to rest in peace until his spirit could aid a living Gummi knight to continue the quest. One day Cubbi came across his tombstone. As Cubbi had been commissioned an honorary Gummi knight, Sir Gallant's spirit was released, and only Cubbi (who was terrified of him at first) could see his spirit (since only a true Gummi knight can see him). Cubbi was aided by an ancient necklace given to him by the Great Gummis, which served as a compass that glowed brighter the closer they got to the Doomsday Clock. Cubbi also was taught very important lessons of knighthood by Sir Gallant, such as never jumping in headfirst, patience, not using Gummiberry juice until the point of true need, relying on himself, that being a knight is not just thrill-seeking, but hard work and that knights don’t go around looking like vagabonds (since it’s simply unheard of). Cubbi helped Sir Gallant in his quest, and Sir Gallant's spirit could finally rest in peace, but before he left, he gave Cubbi the amulet compass as both a token of gratitude and proof that his quest was a true story.
